For those who take the time to read the content in this website, including the lawsuit that is currently in motion related to this website -- you will get a glimpse of corrupt commerce that is at far lower levels -- than most can currently fathom.
Some have known the "corporations" are corrupt and they corrupted our political process a long time ago. Some are just waking to this, and they are chanting things like "Let's rise up".
While the concept is a noble one, the "let's" as it stands today, is a problem riddled with rotten anchors.
As much as some would like you to think it's the 99% against the 1%, the corruption in the flock is far worse than most are imagining now.
This website and this lawsuit is intended to pull back the curtain on several industries that are as inverted as a $3 bill, and several that are comprised of your neighbors, your friends, and people that know how to smile and say hi -- albeit all of them will have some serious explaining to do once these industry secrets slip out too.
There has been a MASSIVE SHAKEUP in the United States Real Estate Industry in 2024, yet most have no clue what was really going on.
It's taken a backseat to all the rampant mental illness, sickness and disease that arguably is more important at this time. But don't let them slip away into the night. What they've done is far too dark to forgive as well.
The National Real Estate Industry as a whole, right now, is trying to "hustle their way to higher ground" -- BEFORE the damn breaks on their parade -- in hopes of avoiding floody waters.
Don't allow them to get away with it. It' s not urgent you drop your toxic Fruit Loop habit today to give chase on this case, but it is time for you to prepare to give chase to far more problems that will surface after the case of the Fluorescent Fruit Loops is resolved.
This website and this legal case is being provided to you as yet another eye-opener and warm up, for larger change projects soon to come.
This website is about a Lawsuit related to a "pre-sale home inspection report" generated for a Seller's Agent, on behalf of his seller, by a Home Inspector who claims to have done over 10,000 inspections since the 1990s .
This inspector is a Franchisee for a Home Inspection Franchising company that boasts boldly about being the number one Home Inspection Company in the country while catering to over 200,000 Realtors.
This home inspection Franchsing company states an average inspector can earn $244,000 a year in revenue. That's 5x more than the non affiliated inspector, and they can take ownership of their franchise for a mere $45,000 investment.
If those numbers look more like that associated with a pyramid scheme or a multi-level marketing sales pitch, you are thinking in the "right direction" -- but you are not fully understanding an entirely different type of scheme that has been transpiring all around you for many decades, in silence.
To the right is a man by the name of Leo Pareja. He's the CEO of EXP Real Estate. He just made a blunder on a recorded video that will not be forgotten for a very long time.
If Brokers Treated their Buyers as they did their Sellers, as most would have presumed was always the case...
then the CEO of EXP Realty -- the "Largest Real Estate Brokerage on the Planet" --- would not have felt the need to wear a shirt that says "Treat your Buyers like you treat your Sellers".
<< Pause and let the sink in >>
Saying that out loud, so proud, was an ooopsy that will go down in history for sure.
The only people that knew Agents didn't treat buyers like they did sellers was Agents and Brokers making far too much money running fraudulent schemes.
But that was before he wore that shirt -- and before this website was published.
I have known about problems related to "good looking husbands and fathers" like this man since the 1990s.
I told people individually about them but never sought to waste my breath trying to inform the masses, because if you couldn't figure out the moon landing photos were a hoax, what was the point?
If you couldn't figure out the the twin towers came down via explosives, not airplanes, what was the point?
If you couldn't figure out the correlation between vaccines and autism, it meant absolutely none of your reasoning faculties were online, so what was the point?
Given many can now admit -- the moon landing in 1969 was a hoax, the twin towers were blown to smithereens using technology we had never seen, and thankfully the tofu between the ears of many is finally starting to synapsize with regards to vaccines -- so it's time to consider where to go next, now that the curd has found some whey....
If you are not currently involved in Real Estate Transactions, and you take the time to read the content on this website, what you will learn should 1) terrify you and 2) infuriate you.
Our world as of 2024 is filled with top level frauds related to Human Trafficking, Child Trafficking, Pedophilia gone wild. See Stew Peters video called "These Little Ones" for background, if needed ( https://stewpeters.com/ )
The willful and intentional poisoning of children and adults with vaccines and toxic food is a Medical Mafia's wet dream. Stew Peters video called "Watch the Water" and "Died Suddenly" are good resources for that too. ( https://stewpeters.com/ )
These are all crimes committed by "apex predators" and they've been in full gear for a very long time, but finally they are falling into the light.
What this website exposes is a similar but different type of "predation" with a focus on stealing you blind.
Arguably, it is quite a step down from the predation mentioned above, but as we, as a society, get our heads and arms around that, we'll need to acknowledge the work related to cleaning up our society has just begun.
The "good news" about the predation and corruption presented in this website and with this complaint is that the "good people", once educated, have far more power to do something about this in their own states and towns than many of the other predation problems which are far more complex.
Hopefully, some may view correcting Real Estate Brokerage and Home Inspector predation in their own community as something they CAN participate in, once they realize what is really going on.
As someone who has done "project based work" for many decades, with no guarantee of future work at any time, I've learned that taking on smaller projects that can be defined, initiated and completed, helps boost confidence and prepare ones self for larger projects.
In that sense maybe some folks who want to get involved in societal shakedown can look at this Real Estate Brokerage and Home Inspector Train Wreck as a "warm up" that even they can participate in with passion --- because we need an ENTIRELY NEW REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SYSTEM for future generations, and this is a gateway to that understanding.
The Real Estate Brokerage industry in the United States has not been a "clean industry" since at least the early 1900s. Regulations went into play in 1913 in some states , which was the just months before the Federal Reserve and Rockefeller Medicine came online.
That timing is likely no coincidence, and the outcome from that "regulated industry" has been as bad as the rest, although most are still in the dark about this one yet.
Most do NOT realize that the Federal Government started pursuing the National Association of Realtors (NAR) for racketeering in the 1960's or early 1970s, and they have yet to pin them in.
We all deserve better, and believe it or not, on this one, the Department of Justice is ready to pounce. However, they need support from the people to make this their time to shine.
In 2019 before COVID kicked off the DOJ was wrapping up another attempt to real in the National Association of Realtors with mixed results and no support from the public. Then we went into COVID and the world got wobbly.
During COVID a class action lawsuit related to commissions got certified -- which could have and should have been certified decades ago -- and a story started leaking from California about an industry wide contract document scheme that the Attorneys had been engaging in for decades.
What this website provides is a gateway to a far larger story.
This story alone is a wower, but it's a gateway to far more.
The DOJ has reopened their investigation into NAR against NAR's desires. The DOJ has also indicated they have initiated an investigation into the California Association of Realtors for "consumer unfriendly forms". However, they are facing a Calfornia Real Estate Lobby that is 440,000 members strong , and they are being supported by a subset of 260,000 California Attorneys who have been profiting on fraudulent legal schemes for a very long time.
The DOJ is powerful, but without community support they are facing an uphill battle.
What this website and this complaint is going to reveal is the way in which a Home Inspector sought to "support" a Seller's Agent and his client when presenting a home for sale.
Home Inspectors are arguably the MOST CRITICAL resource a buyer has when purchasing a home. They need to be trusted implicitly.
If I told you that the incentives for a home inspector to call out defects the buyer needs to know fully conflict with referral business they need to get from Brokers, would that make any sense to you right now?
For most who are trusting, it should not. That should sound strange and inverted. Along those lines, it's definently inverted, but not a mis -statement.
Our current "flock" of Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Agents, across the country are spiritually vacant.
Spiritually vacant people care about their own pay checks and there own problems more than they care about Buyers of Real Estate. If or when a Home Inspector "blows a deal", even if they do it by being "honest", that home inspector will often times get "black listed" by the agents and brokers involved.
Do you see the problems yet? Do you see how some sheep may have turned charcoal black to earn a buck many decades ago? Or worse yet they might have caught the wolf's dis-ease?
Now that the Masses are waking from a very, very deep slumber -- and most everyone is being faced with Real Estate markets in peril -- for one reason or another -- it seems finally time to have a deeper conversation about the Real Estate Indsutry too.
