Buying a home to call your own should be a Sacred Event.

For most it is one of the top 5 decisions you may make in your life, and possibly the most financially relevant.

People save for many years or even decades to do it.

When the time comes to Buy, you deserve to be treated with all the respect and care  a Brother or Sister in Spirit might bestow.

"I am my Brothers Keeper",   should be everyone's Motto.

Ironically, Selling a home can be one of the most ethically challenging events a home owner can face.

Used homes always have defects and "most people" who realize they might need to invest $5k, $10k or $50k to repair the deferred maintance and damage they did, to get their home in a sellable condition, will allow the idea of "cheating" to enter their head.

For these very important and opposing reasons, Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Agents and Home Inspectors are "supposed to be beyond reproach" --- but something has gone very, very wrong --- and it all went wrong a long time ago.   For some -- it's been so long ago --  it's as if everyone needs a reset to remember how the game of Life and Commerce was meant to be played.
